Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (Urban) - Housing for All Mission {PMAY(U)-HFA}

The PMAY(U)-HFA Mission is the flagship programe of Government of India to provide housing for eligible families in urban areas by way of central assistance through States and Union Territories (UTs) the programe is implemented through four components namely "ln situ" Slum Redevelopment, Affordable Housing through Credit Linked Subsidy, Affordable Housing in Partnership and Subsidy for Beneficiary-led individual House Construction or Enhancement. Capacity building of States/UTs and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) is one of the major foci of the Mission. Details of the programe are available at the website www.mhupa.gov.in.
The Mission Directorate of PMAY(U), Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, Government of India invites Expression of interest (EoI) from national and regional level institutions (public and private sector), which have relevant experience to be empanelled as Resource Centres (RCs) to undertake capacity building activities under PMAY(U)-HFA Mission. RCs will be operational for a period from July, 2017 to June,2022 or an earlier date as per the requirement of the Ministry and based on performance. RCs will support the Ministy/States/UTs and Urban Local Bodies to undertake implementation related activities including quality monitoring and social audit as given in the 'scope of work' available in the detailed invitation of EoI placed in the Ministry's website at www.mhupa.gov.in
