Will the Minister of HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT be pleased to state:-
(a) whether the Government has received any proposal to discontinue the coupon system for admissions in Kendriya Vidyalayas;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the reaction of the Government thereto; and
(c) the time by which the said system is likely to be discontinued?

(a) Government has not received any such proposal.
