Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra (PMKK) centres are the state of the art, visible and aspirational model training centres established in every district of India, ensuring coverage of all the parliamentary constituencies.
PMKK is an initiative of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship to ensure creation of standardized infrastructure for delivery of skill development training which are equipped to run industry-driven courses of high quality with focus on employability and create an aspirational value for skill training. PMKK envisions to transform the short-term training ecosystem to a sustainable institutional model.

What courses are available at PMKK's?
Trainings are imparted at the PMKK Centres in the courses basis the need of the job roles in the proposed districts. Skill Gap Assessment Report of the proposed districts are also considered during the selection of courses. Training is imparted under the list of 221 jobs roles approved under the
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) scheme.
