STATEMENT IN REPLY TO PARTS (a) TO (d) OF LOK SABHA STARRED QUESTION NO.*161 ANSWERED ON 30.07.2018 REGARDING PRASHAD SCHEME.
(a) and (b): Details of the projects approved under the Pilgrimage Rejuvenation and Spiritual, Heritage Augmentation Drive (PRASHAD) scheme of Ministry of Tourism with the facilities being developed, including the state of Kerala, is annexed.
(c) and (d): Ministry of Tourism has shortlisted following two destinations in Kerala for development under the Scheme:
(i) St. Thomas International Shrine, Malayattoor, Kerala.
(ii) Cheraman Juma Mosque, Kodungallur, Kerala.
