Extension of Last Date upto 31.08.2019 For Payment of Premium of Plot-Rohini Residential Scheme-1981

CIRCULAR
Sub.: Extension of Last Date upto 31.08.2019 for payment of premium of plot for the allottees to whom demand-cum-allotment-letter were issued during the month of February, 2018 under Rohini Residential Scheme-1981.
It has been decided by the Competent Authority that, in order to mitigate the hardship faced by the alottees/ applicant, the last date for payment of premium of plot (1st, 2nd & 3rd installments) for the allottees to whom demand-cum-allotment-letter were issued during the month of February, 2018 be extended upto 31.08.2019 with interest and restoration charges, as applicable.
The alottees / applicants of RRS-1981, who have not yet deposited their installments / premium of plot, may deposit full payment of the premium for their respective plot on or before 31.08.2019, so that, further action will be taken accordingly.
This issues with the approval of Vice-Chairman, DDA.
