the present status of the implementation of Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana Scheme;
(b) the total amount of funds allocated and released under the scheme, State/UT-wise;
(c) the total number of women benefitted under the scheme, State/UT-wise; and
(d) whether the Government has taken note that a large number of women are being denied the benefits under the said scheme and if so, the details thereof?

(a) The Ministry of Women and Child Development is implementing the Centrally Sponsored Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) with effect from 01.01.2017. So far, 2,28,09,417 applications have been received from 95,56,577 beneficiaries across the country on Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana-Common Application Software (PMMVY-CAS) (as on 18.06.2019). The maternity benefits amounting to Rs.31,47,80,49,000/- (including Central and State share) have been paid to 82,18,494 eligible beneficiaries.
(b) & (c) The State/UT-wise details of funds sanctioned/released and number of beneficiaries benefitted under PMMVY are annexed.
(d) No such incident of eligible women being denied the benefits under PMMVY came to the notice of the Ministry.
