Will the Minister of CIVIL AVIATION be pleased to state:-
(a) the current progress and achievements made under regional air connectivity scheme UDAN in the country, State/UT-wise; and
(b) whether any proposal has been received from Ministry of Tourism to connect some places of tourist interest under this scheme, if so, the details thereof along with the response of the Ministry of Civil Aviation thereto?

(a): Under Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS) - UDAN (Ude Desh ka Aam Nagrik) version 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0, 705 routes have been awarded which comprise 106 airports (Unserved & Underserved), including 10 waterdromes and 31 heliports. State/UT-wise RCS routes awarded under RCS - UDAN are enclosed at Annexure A. Out of 705 RCS - UDAN routes, 174 routes have already commenced.;
(b): Under RCS - UDAN version 3.0, 46 Tourism routes have been awarded on request of Ministry of Tourism. Details of Tourism routes awarded under RCS - UDAN are enclosed at Annexure - B.
