(a) the details of allocation/financial assistance/subsidies given to Chhattisgarh under the provision of Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin) during the last two years;
(b) the number of toilets constructed thereunder in Chhattisgarh so far; and
(c) whether the Government has provided any subsidy or financial assistance to Chhattisgarh for construction of Community Sanitary Complex and if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (c) A Statement is laid on the Table of the House.

(a) The details of funds released to Chhattisgarh by Government of India under Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin) [SBM(G)] during the last two years are as under:-

(b) As reported by the State in online Integrated Management Information System (IMIS) of SBM(G), total 33.07 lakh Individual household latrines (IHHLs) have been constructed under the programme in Chhattisgarh till 15.07.2019 (including 14.70 lakh IHHLs in 2017-18 and 2018-19).
(c) Under SBM(G), there is a provision for financial assistance up to Rs. 2 lakh for construction of a Community Sanitary Complex (CSC) in the sharing ratio of 60:30:10 between Centre, State and Community/Gram Panchayat. Under the programme, funds are released in a consolidated manner for all the components. Till 2018-19, total Centre share funds amounting to Rs.1883.63 crore have been released to Chhattisgarh under the programme for various components including construction of CSCs.
