Will the Minister of EXTERNAL AFFAIRS be pleased to state:-
(a) the State-wise details of number of youth sent for skill development training overseas under the Swarna Pravas Yojana for overseas jobs;
(b) whether any provision of reservation or quota for the youth belonging to the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes category has been fixed; and
(c) if so, the State-wise details thereof?

(a) to (c) The modalities for implementation of the Swarna Pravas Yojana, later rechristened as Pravasi Kaushal Vikas Yojana, have not been worked out as yet. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of External Affairs and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship is being finalized towards implementation of the scheme and is expected to be signed shortly. Implementation will follow soon thereafter.
