(a) whether any violations in the merger of the Mutual Funds (MF) schemes have come to the notice of the Government/Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI);
(b) if so, the details thereof during the last three years and the current year, company-wise; and
(c) the action taken by the Government/SEBI against such companies along with the outcome thereof?

Statement referred to in the reply to LOK SABHA Starred Question no *377 (a to c) raised by Shri Mansukhbhai Dhanjibhai Vasava and Shri Ram Tahal Choudhary, Members of Parliament due reply for 11th August, 2017 regarding “Merger of MF Schemes”
(a) & (b): Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has not reported any violation with respect to the merger of Mutual Funds (MF) Schemes administered under SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996 and circulars/guidelines issued thereunder regulating the merger of schemes of the mutual funds, in the last three years and the current year thus far.
(c): Does not arise in view of reply given to parts (a) & (b).
