PROGRESS PMAY-U
- Demand survey conducted in all the 80 towns, wherein 3.23 lakh applications received.
- State financial assistance upto Rs. 0.67 lakh apart from Central assistance of Rs. 1.00 lakh under ISSR Projects and Rs.1.00 lakh under AHP and BLC-New in addition to Central assistance of Rs. 1.50 lakh.
- HFAPoAs of 65 towns prepared and submitted to GoI.
- The Detailed Project Reports(DPRs) of 28 towns have been accepted by GOI.
- DPRs of next 38 towns submitted to GoI for approval/acceptance.
- Submission of HFAPoAs and DPRs of next 11 towns by 15.02.2018 and of remaining 3 towns by 28.02.2018.
- Four different Housing Policies finalized.
- (i) Policy for In-Situ Slum Re-development, 2018
- (iii)Affordable Housing Policy (AHP) = 1 - 5 Acres, 2018
- The projects to be floated for inviting builders in PPP mode by 20.02.2018
- Existing Housing stock of Housing Board Haryana would be utilized for PMAY-U
Demand survey at a glance:
- Period of Demand survey w.e.f. 01.06.2017 to 25.07.2017.
- Total towns covered = 80 towns
- Total 3.23 lakh applications received.
- Under AHP Vertical = 213389 (65.99%)
- Under BLC Vertical = 96008 (29.69%)
- Under CLSS Vertical = 12018 (03.72 %)
- Under ISSR Vertical = 1937 (00.60%)
Slum survey exercise carried out separately
- No Slums in town =60 towns
- Slum identified in towns =20 towns
- No. of slums identified = 93 slums
- No. of slum household =51238 HHs
