Details regarding Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram (PMJVK)
The Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram (PMJVK) is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme implemented by the Ministry of Minority Affairs in 1300 identified Minority Concentration Areas of the country.
The Ministry has sanctioned during the period 2014-19, a number of projects under the scheme which includes 25 Degree Colleges, 1152 School Buildings, 20228 Additional Class Rooms, 506 Hostels, 71 ITIs, 5 Polytechnics, 411 Sadbhav Mandaps, 92 Residential Schools, 530 Market Sheds, 5090 Anganwadi Centres, 821 Health Projects, 2285 Water Supply Projects, 11676 Pucca Houses etc.
This information given by Hon'ble Minister of Minority Affairs in the Loksabha in the reply of the raised questions.
Raised questions are :
(a) the details of the offices which are looking after the facilities provided under Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram (PMJVK) along with the schemes which have been announced under PMJVK, State/district-wise;
(b) the details of the officers under PMJVK, criteria for appointment, their emoluments, State-wise;
(c) the details of the schools/colleges, health centres, hostels, drinking water facilities, polytechnics, ITIs, market sheds for artisans-farmers, sadbhav mandaps, job-oriented skill development centres, hunar hubs, constructed under PMJVK along with construction cost for each, date of construction along with the date of registration, State-wise?

(a) & (b): The Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram (PMJVK) is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme implemented by this Ministry in 1300 identified Minority Concentration Areas of the country. The proposals are sanctioned by the Ministry and are implemented by State Governments/UT Administrations through the existing state machinery which also includes manpower.
(c) The Ministry has sanctioned during the period 2014-19, a number of projects under the scheme which includes 25 Degree Colleges, 1152 School Buildings, 20228 Additional Class Rooms, 506 Hostels, 71 ITIs, 5 Polytechnics, 411 Sadbhav Mandaps, 92 Residential Schools, 530 Market Sheds, 5090 Anganwadi Centres, 821 Health Projects, 2285 Water Supply Projects, 11676 Pucca Houses etc. State-wise details of the projects are available on the Ministry’s website at http://www.minorityaffairs.gov.in.
