Solar Energy Scheme

(a) whether the Government proposes to provide electricity through solar energy scheme/ mission to all the unelectrified dhaanis located at the farms in the country and if so, the details thereof, State/UT-wise including Rajasthan;
(b) whether any criteria have been fixed to provide solar system at the farms through the said scheme /mission and if so, the details thereof;
(c) the companies through which the said scheme is being implemented in Rajasthan under Jodhpur and Ajmer DISCOM; and
(d) whether any complaints have been received against these companies and if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister of NEW AND RENEWABLE ENERGY be pleased to state:-

(a) whether the Government proposes to provide electricity through solar energy scheme/ mission to all the unelectrified dhaanis located at the farms in the country and if so, the details thereof, State/UT-wise including Rajasthan;
(b) whether any criteria have been fixed to provide solar system at the farms through the said scheme /mission and if so, the details thereof;
(c) the companies through which the said scheme is being implemented in Rajasthan under Jodhpur and Ajmer DISCOM; and

STATEMENT
STATEMENT REFERRED TO IN REPLY TO LOK SABHA STARRED QUESTION NO. 272 TO BE ANSWERED ON 11.07.2019.
(a) & (b) The Government of India launched Pradhan Mantri Sahaj Bijali Har Ghar Yojana – “Saubhagya” for universal household electrification by providing last mile connectivity and electricity connection to all households in rural and all poor households in urban areas with provision of solar based stand alone system to un-electrified households where grid extension is neither feasible nor cost effective. 
(c) As per information received from the State Govt. the work of providing solar home lighting systems under Saubhagya Scheme in Ajmer Discom and Jodhpur Discom were awarded to the following companies:
I. Ajmer Discom:
